The short version

Placing an order means agreeing to the points below. In plain terms:

  • An order is confirmed once we’ve agreed flavour, size, date and price.
  • Baking starts only after your confirmation — and that’s the refund cut-off.
  • Card details go straight to our payment provider; we never see them.
  • Tell us about allergies. Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat and nuts.

2 Orders

An order is confirmed once flavour, size, date and price have been agreed between us. Production begins only after that confirmation and the arranged payment.

  • Minimum notice for menu cakes: [48 hours].
  • Minimum notice for custom or large cakes: [3 to 5 days].
  • Changes requested after confirmation depend on availability and may affect the price.

3 Prices and payment

Menu prices are a starting point and vary with size, filling and decoration. The final price is confirmed to you before production begins — never added afterwards.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details at any point.

4 Timing and delivery

Production and delivery times are given when you order and vary with the complexity of the cake and the delivery area. Full conditions are in our Delivery Policy.

5 Allergens and food safety

Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat and nuts, so cross-contact is possible even when a recipe doesn’t list them. Please tell us about any allergy or dietary restriction when you order. If we can’t guarantee a preparation is safe for you, we’ll say so rather than guess.

Cakes are perishable. We give storage and consumption guidance on delivery, and our responsibility for condition ends once the product has been kept outside those conditions.

6 Cancellation and refunds

Because our products are perishable and made to order, cancellation terms depend on whether production has started. Full detail in our Returns & Refund Policy.

7 Your data

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
